We can all feel anxious irritable, or low now and again. However, if you have had some of the following symptoms for more than 2 weeks you should ask for help:

  • Anxiety
  • A low mood
  • Becoming withdrawn
  • Being tearful
  • Changes to your mood
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Difficulty with your memory
  • Feeling as if organisations or people want to harm you
