What happens when I call?

Absolutely. You don’t have to be at rock bottom to deserve support. A chat is reason enough.

For a mental-health support session, please book ahead so we can give you our full attention. Call or email us first. The Centre itself is open Mon–Fri, 9–4, 10b Abbey Walk, Selby.
