If you love a fruit salad, you will love this recipe and it can help to boost your mood. Grapes contain an antioxidant that is thought to boost your mood. The blackberries contain mood-boosting nutrients as do blueberries. Plums can help to improve your memory and the yogurt? it’s just there to make the fruit salad taste that little bit nicer. 

Serves 2

Ingredients:

1/2 a cup of blackberries halved, or blueberries

1/2 a cup of seedless black grapes, halved

1/2 a cup of diced plums 

1 cup of fruit yogurt

Method: 

Add the grapes, blackberries, and plums to a bowl and stir to mix well. 

Pour the yogurt over the fruit and stir if you wish. 

Serve and enjoy!
