Many people are at risk of hanging on to their dreams for too long. However, there is no clear cut way for us to choose when to keep hanging on and when to let go.

To make the pain of letting go a little less harsh, try to be realistic about what it is you’re giving up. Even if you managed to achieve your dream, you probably had an unrealistic and romanticised version of it.

Letting go of a dream can be hard, but there are always other ways for you to redirect or channel all of that passion and drive.
