We offer mental health support for Selby and the surrounding areas. Why not give us a call? Our phone line is open from 7 pm – 10 pm, 365 days of the year.

Call us on (01757) 642 399. If you call before our phone lines are open and we cannot answer you will be diverted to an NHS Helpline.

We are a Selby-based charity that offers early intervention mental health support. Our support network is comprised of members from the local community. Some of our members have experience with mental health conditions.

We can offer you Mental Health First Aid, Safeguard training and Suicide Prevention training so you can support each other and your community.

Using a peer-to-peer support model and having a team of people with lived experience helps those who call us to feel part of something.

We help local people to access services and organisations that support vulnerable people. In addition to this, we encourage support networks that help individuals across the Selby area and North Yorkshire.

We provide different types of training to individuals and businesses that support people with mental health concernsOnce the training has been completed, the participating business will receive a window decal to display. The decal tells people that they are Mental Health Aware.

The decal also tells people where they can get a hot drink and a sympathetic ear. If more support is needed, venues in question will have useful information and contact numbers to give out. In addition to this, they can point users in the direction of appropriate support or ring a helpline on their behalf.
