Signs that you Could be Struggling

Some of the symptoms of mental health problems can include:

  • Being tearful
  • Becoming withdrawn from others

  • Difficulty remembering things
  • Becoming isolated from others

  • Difficulty concentrating

  • Hallucinating

  • Having suicidal thoughts or feeling suicidal

  • Changes to your mood
  • Spending money excessively and being unable to manage your money
  • Sleeping less or too much 

  • Feeling as if people want to harm you
